Technical consultation:

ATI provides technical consultation to help its clients with their projects, large and small. For clients with initial ideas in a new project, ATI can help prepare the necessary formulation and analyses to study the idea, making sure that all pros and cons are adequately addressed. For clients facing major decisions in investing in costly technologies or projects, ATI can assist with proposal evaluation to make sure that the proposed efforts are justified and the best among the options—in other words, the most “bang for the buck.” For clients who need someone to provide full service in planning a project, ATI is available to do all the necessary research and analyses to produce a complete program plan that is sure to address the client’s needs with the best value.

Program organization:

In addition to the ability to develop realistic program plans, ATI has technical and program management expertise to organize available resources for relevant programs. For clients whose programs can benefit from U.S. technologies, ATI has access to a diverse community of capable organizations and is in a unique position to form the consortia most suitable to satisfy the needs of the programs. Responsible to our clients, ATI can serve as the prime contractor to coordinate the work from all the U.S. subcontractors. In programs where it is more appropriate to have other entities serve as the prime contractor, ATI can still play a key role in the overall organization of the programs and be responsible to our clients as a primary point of contact so that our clients can be sure all facets of the programs are being handled properly.

Program/contract execution and management:

With a well-organized program in place, ATI can manage the execution of the program, as well as provide the monitoring function to ensure that unnecessary budget and schedule overruns will be avoided. ATI staff members have the technical expertise to be directed involved in many of the technical aspects of the programs. We also have substantial program management experience for performing the program execution and monitoring functions.
